Command prompt or DOS windows is called, is an application under windows that have characteristics similar to the DOS ( Disk Operating System).
The commands used in the command prompt also consists of two types of commands, namely the internal commands and external commands.
Examples of internal commands :

2 | Cd | call directory |
3 | Dir | displays the contents of the directory |
4 | Copy | copying files |
5 | Del | delete files |
6 | Ren | file rename |
7 | Md | create a new directory |
8 | Rd | delete directory |

10 | Chkdsk | checking on the disk |
11 | Scandisk | diagnose problems on the disk |
12 | Move | move files |
Command Prompt Window Open
to open a command prompt window, the way he is :
1. Click Start menu - Run.
2. After the Run dialog box appears, type cmd in the Open box.
3. Click OK.
